    Egad! A combination of modern jazz and comedy! With my chameleon-like partner Hope Debates, we bring a variety of musical genres to life...and mercilessly lampoon them all. Guests have included Steve Bernstein, Michael Blake and David Phelps.

    The legendary NYC funk band led by Lester's youger brother. Searing vocals and brilliant trombone playing. Comes in two flavors: the blistering 21-piece Defunkt Big Band and the hard-funking sextet Defunkt Jass.


  • Craig Harris
    Craig's music is amazing! He brings together blues songs, serious jazz composition, electronica, odd-meters, world music and free jazz in one band. He plays one Thursday a month at Sweet Rhythm in NYC. I also did the loops and play in the band for his multimedia ballet based on the life of Muhammad Ali, "Brown Butterfly".
